Terms & Conditions
- Weekly Payout Schedule: Withdrawals are processed once every week on Monday. Members may submit withdrawal requests on any day; however, the approved amount will be credited only on the next payout Monday.
- Bank Withdrawal Charges: A 5% administrative charge will be deducted from every bank withdrawal request.
- Service Wallet Withdrawal: Withdrawals from the Service Wallet are subject to 2% TDS only after the total withdrawal amount exceeds ₹15,000, as per applicable tax regulations.
- Unique Member Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account, linked to one email address, one mobile number, and one PAN card. Multiple accounts using the same identity are strictly prohibited.
- Mandatory KYC: Completion and verification of KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before any wallet withdrawal request can be processed.
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal request amount is ₹500.00.
- Nominee Details: Members must provide nominee information during KYC, including Nominee Name, Date of Birth, and Relationship. The nominee must be a blood relative and at least 18 years of age.
- Merchant Account Eligibility: Only members who have achieved Star Club status are eligible to create and manage a Merchant Account on the platform.
- Company Rights: TruMarketplace Global Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms, business rules, payout structures, or policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.
- Compliance: All members are required to comply with the platform's policies, KYC requirements, and applicable laws and regulations while using TruBaazaar services.
